👉Identify the problem on the computer and fixing the computer



Among the most common problems that often occur on computer in PDTLG 

• The computer reboot itself.
• The computer often die suddenly.
• The computer makes a "beep" sound.
• CPU is on but monitor can't display.
• CPU too dusty.
• Software problem.

1) Diagnostic Tools are used to check hardware that have in the CPU whether it is good or damaged.With this Diagnostic Tools, it is certainly easy to find damage at the computer.

2)  RAM problems

      This are the problems arising from the RAM :

• Computers often hang on.
• Computer always restart when the computer switched on
• Prolonged beep sound when turned on.

       The steps to handle this problem :

       1)  Clean the RAM foot using the eraser.

2 ) Clean RAM slot using a brush to remove the dust.

p/s : If it does not work, try moving RAM to another slot.

3 ) Change the new RAM

   

3) Software problem


The type of problem : Microsoft Office can't type .

 Solution : Use the Office 2010 Toolkit  to activate the product.
